It may wait up to 36-hours but we usually get them reviewed within 24-hours. How do I make modify and/or make changes to my profile? Its easy, just click the "Profile" link and make changes to your profile. Your profile will not be human-reviewed if you don't edit the text areas of your profile and your changes will take effect instantly. Once you confirm your Email address, your profile will be automatically converted to Approval mode for human-review by our team. If you haven't confirmed your Email, you can request another Confirmation Email by contacting us to request another confirmation or to confirm your profile. What does "Approval" mean? Your profile is waiting to be human-reviewed. You may read your messages, search, etc. However your profile is not "visible" to other users until it is approved and made Active by a profile moderator. What does "Active" mean?
